Comments: That 6:00 SCARED me, and then I was happy to hold on to mile 2 at 6:02 even though that's a "faster" mile. Mile 3 and the start of the final mile are up that damn hill, so I'd be really interested to see if I WERE wearing my Garmin, what mile 3-3.5 and 3.5-4 looked like, because it would have been stark. Like 3:10 and 2:38 or something. What would you do differently?: Not much! Went out HARD and held on! Post race

1.5 power bars as I was getting hungry at 11 am. And a Roctane 12 mins pre-race.
Jogged a bit with boys in the stroller. Stood and stretched a bit.
