Ragnar Leg 1. Crazy humid. It had been raining off and on all day, but not during this particular time period so it was just MOIST. Pretty route, although hilly. Ran this with Rose since her leg was cancelled.

Run 2. This starts really nice on the highway (although it was banked on some turns, ouch for the knee!) and then a super steep downhill to the river across from Stillwater. I took this VERY easy because I didn't want to trip and it hurt my knee a bit. Then once you cross the river it's a long gradual uphill. I did the best I could with Fartleks and am really proud of how much I did run. I didn't enjoy the second half of this one very much :)

Best 3rd Ragnar run ever, for sure. Ran along the river road from St. Paul to East River Flats. There are a few rises (Summit Ave, and a couple underpasses) but nothing too tragic. I was feeling pretty darn awesome, couldn't possibly hope for a better run than this. Yay!
