Wow, training went by fast this year. I can't wait. 2nd time. More excited, less nervous this year. Going to LP this weekend to train. Good luck with training for all who are doing IMLP"s. Before you know it we will be in taper. See you there!

It is exciting...to celebrate I did my first 19 mile run.

I went up last weekend and rode the course and it was a good for me to see where I am.

Hopefully 2 months from now most of us will be out running.

I can't believe there are only 2 months left, nervous, but also very excited.  The training has been going really well (knock on wood).  No set backs, other than a recently acquired case of swimmer's ear.

I'm headed up to LP this weekend as well.  Probably driving up from my in-laws who live about 150 miles away, on Saturday morning and plan on doing 2 full loops.  Should be in town around 8:30 if anyone wants any company on teh ride.

I am nervous and excited too! It all feels more "real" now. I'll be training in LP the last wkend of June (My last high volume wkend before tapering).
I am excited to meet all of you!

Well, training will be what it is.  Totally winging it, trying to ramp up some volume and resigned to the fact that this is going to be an ugly race for me with the only goal to finish.

I'll be up in Lake Placid starting tomorrow with the GF. We train with TRILIFE and her  iron team is having their mega training weekend up on the course. I am just going up to be a good sherpa but I am lookin forward to taking a look at a place where I suffered so much in the best of all possible ways.

You'll see a sea of red (red,orange,white and black actually but mainly red) out there. Hope to run in to some of you out there.
