Just eat something that is a normal part of your diet that you know won't affect your race tomorrow. Stay away from anything that might cause stomach issues, etc.

Do you normally work out in the mornings?  If so, and you don't have any GI issues in your workouts, then go ahead and eat like normal.

Have fun!

There is no such thing as "carbo loading" by eating more (or carb rich foods) the day or two before a race.  So as everyone else has mentioned, just eat what you normally would.  And stay away from things that you know potentially give you issues (spicy or really rich foods for a lot of people).

I made the mistake of Thai food once.  I would NOT recommend it.  I would recommend some extra hydration and electrolytes.

I have been reading a ton on pre-race nutrition lately. ONe school of thought would include eating a decent sized lunch and a light dinner. Helps clear out the plumbing...

+1

I learned my lesson I thought on marathon #1 when I had to stop, happened again on marathon #2. I always get a good lunch in and then a light dinner- haven't had to stop since : )
