I particularly like the fact that it has a graph for how close you are to the 40:30:30 ratio for carbs, protein and fat, which I try to follow. I haven't tried the other iPhone apps for tracking calories, but I have tried other online ones and I think Tap and Track is superior to any online program that I have use. I also use RunKeeper Pro for running. It gives me different information than the Garmin and helps keep me from getting too terribly bored. However, without a battery extender, the battery will only last about 2-1/4 hours using RunKeeper Pro. |
