Subject: Guess my 1000 TT Time

Tomorrow I have to swim a 1K TT.  On 4/26 I went 15:10.  Let's see who can guess my time in the morning based on my training logs over the last several weeks.

My plan has had be doing alot of short sets at or around my T-pace which was based on my 15:10 time.  I have held 1:30/100 fairly easy.  I am hoping to get under 15:00.

Sorry, nothing for the winner just the pride of knowing you won!!

Winner, Winner!  14:56 on the dot.  Funny thing is I was 3" under pace through 200 and pretty much held at 1:30 pace the last 800.  I felt beat and thought there was no way I was going to make it after 500 and stopped checking my watch.  Felt like I was slowing down but apparently  not.

Nice work, congrats!  You couldn't drop 5 more seconds so I could win??    Keep up the hard work and keep dropping those times.
