I found a HIM plan I like- Matt Fitzgerald's Super Simple free HIM plan.
Then I found the percent differences in each disciplines distance (HIM vs 125 ):
Swim is +31.5%
Bike is +18%
Run is -22%
Then I went through the plan and adjusted the distance or time according to the percent difference.
What do you guys think?
