Can you add....

Triple Threat (this is from the newer D3 core workouts)
SIDE Lunges (you can add it like you added the reverse ones... Lunges, side)
Stretch Cordz (not sure on this one since I think that name is copy righted...)
Single Leg Press (maybe as Leg Press, Single Leg or something like that?)

I do shoulders also for the stretch cords. Hmmmmmm maybe I oughtta check to see what you have in there for 'em.

You can do all sorts of stuff with the stretch cords. I do legs/hips when I'm really hurting for some kind of workout in my hotel......

I'm not sure that we addressed this yet.  Marm and I were talking about it...what if we just add a 'general' stretch cordz category to each muscle group?

Unless you have specific exercise names that are commonly used?
