Brick day for me today: An easy 12.5 miles bike ride and then an easy 3.1 miles run...LAst one till the race on Sunay...

Will swim this afternoon if the weather allows me...

Well today .... actually yesterday since I'm posting this a day late ... but ....

Did about 30 minutes of weights: 3 sets incline dumbell presses, 3 sets flat bench dumbell presses,  sets of Arnold Presses,  sets under-hand cable flyes,  sets over-hand cable flyes.

Did a short run of 2.5 miles.

32 minutes cardion session on the Eliptical.
