Did about 30 minutes of weights: 3 sets incline dumbell presses, 3 sets flat bench dumbell presses, sets of Arnold Presses, sets under-hand cable flyes, sets over-hand cable flyes. Did a short run of 2.5 miles. 32 minutes cardion session on the Eliptical. |
