Where did you place your computer in your tri Bike.  I just got a Fuji Aloha and changed the stem to make the ride more confortable (it is an an angle now).  I don't seem to have a good place for it.  No room in between the elbow pads or outside of them, the stem is at a steep angle.

Any ideas

Thanks

I use a piece of black PVC pipe and zip ties to create a bridge between my aero bars. Perfect place for the 305 to live.

MrSolis,

Check this out - if your homemade solution fails - these work great too! I've had one for years and it's never let me down.

I had one of these, thought it was great and then threads got loose on it or something (all plastic) and I wouldn't trust my 305 to it. There are some other threads on it as well.

I've used one of these universal computer mounts for years and never had a problem. I mounted it on the inside of one of my aerobars and attached the computer to it.

Only downside is that in it's current position it's in the way if I wanted to use one of the aero hydration systems that mount between your aerobars (like the Profile Design Aerodrink System).

If I ever decide to use an Aerodrink system I should be able to find another location for the mount.

I put mine on one of the aero bars. I don't have an aero hydration bottle so it's not an issue.

huh, i actaully am about to head home from work in hook up my computer to my bars.  my bars have a flat basebar that i'm going to velcro the comp to.  supposed to be flat for aero, but looks like a good spot for the computer.  never done it before so i hope it works.

With the 305 it makes an aero bar drink bottle a tight fit but it works with the one I have from profile design. People with shorter arms/bars may have trouble with making them both fit. I used to have a smaller cateye computer that sat in the same position and gave me plenty of room for my aero bottle but I like the 305 way too much to go back to the cateye.

I did the same for mine but I used white PVC I had laying around.  Ghetto?  sure.  Do I care?  nope.
