Yeah, Nike+ has been out for a few years now :P.  Pretty cool, if not super accurate.  Good motivational tool though and fun to use. 

It is now built into the iPod Touch and iPhone(?).

Why isn't it built into my iPad, I got ripped off!

Speaking of amazing Apple technology-- I brought two iPod shuffles that I won in two different raffles to the Apple store in manhattan yesterday to try to return them (I already have one). They wouldn't take them back, but they scanned the barcodes at the register and told me that one was purchased at a Target and the other at a Walmart. They gave me the purchase dates and the addresses of both stores. I was disappointed that they wouldn't take them back, but I was pretty impressed anyway.

my gym (lifetime fitness) just got new treadmills with Nike+. not only can you charge your ipod and choose music through the treadmill touch screen, it will save your workout to your ipod so next time you sync to itunes, your run gets uploaded to nikerunning.com. very cool stuff.

Sounds like Big Brother almost.  I'd be more impressed if they would have noted WHO purchased the item, how much the purchaser weighed, etc.
