The crank length was 172.5 mm (with a suggestion for 170mm if a used bike had it ) and a seat height of 834 mm.
How tall are you ? You may be all leg which would explain some things.
If you have an iphone or ipad you can use this software

This will allow to figure out how to achieve a pad stack/reach from your frame bike stack/reach.
The frame stack he gave you doesn't make sense. You will have to find a bike with lower stack and use pad risers, + stem and/or spacers.
There are other things he may or may not have done to help you hip flexor problems and hopefully he did everything to get you low even with your flexibility. You have about 6cm drop. I have 15 and I am as flexible as a steel bar and older than you I'm sure.
I would start by looking at something like a 56cm P2 (on paper ), building it up using the Zipp calculator and ou will get a feel of what is going to work.
The Zipp Vuka system that calculator uses can be put on many bikes for not much $.
You can then shop for bikes, compare them to the P2 and say "I would have to reduce the stem by 10mm" or "I could put the 25mm" rissrs on the pads..... |
