New user 4 Toronto |  Subject: I am now an athlete!!Hi everyone- I have never thought of myself as an "athlete"- my brother had the claim to that- but I see that we can have more than one "athlete" in the family! I have always had the idea that your are either born an athlete or not... I see now I don't have to believe these lies!!- I'm turning 30 next year, and I am looking forward to living out my new athletic status  and getting fit!! with the help of this training log- what a blessing I've found it! I am also encouraging all the kids I work with to see themselves as athletes too- I'm incorporating much more physical activity into my lessons- I'm a speech pathologist in training- Thanks Ron for setting this up and that it's free- I really appreciate it! |
