Extreme Veteran  489   Coquitlam, BC, Canada |  Subject: Swimwear???It's time to replace my swim trunks (unless everyone wants to see a lot more of me than they realized they wanted). I bought my last pair at Sport Chek. They no longer have any available. Where the hell do I buy some now? Nowhere seems to have any? I don't really want to wear out my tri shorts (which really barely fit me at present anyhow). I've tried The Running Room, Sport Mart, Sport Chek. Where else is there?? |

| Subject: RE: Swimwear??? There is a great swim shop in North Van...tucked away...have to know it exists to shop there but they will order things for you and have a great selection. They service swim clubs and teams, etc...they also give 15% discount for tribc, and some club members. Team Aquatics=604-980-2805 and as far as I know, their hours are M-F 9-5 and Sat 10-5.They are a little hard to find, but well worth the effort. Good luck with the search... |

I'm looking for a Neon Green Speedo, since I can't be going to practice everyday in a bland polyester speedo! Anyone know where I can find one of these gems? I also need it for an intramural event called "Storm the Wall" in March! Swimco on West 4th Avenue in Kits is great - I bought a pair of Speedo Endurance speed tights and this is my second season swimming in them (2-3 masters sessions per week) and they are still going strong. Be sure to buy the solution they sell to get the salt + chlorine out of the fabric to enhance the life of the costume. |
