Well, I've yet to see a tri-suit with University stuff on it on sale anywhere, but I know they exist since I saw a Texas A&M one at the Redman in September.

For biking stuff, I might recommend:

or

Tri suites you will have to get from the tri team of the university. I know my alma mater makes you show proof that you are an alum and are even talking about starting a separate alum team.

As for the jersey's, Rick pointed out that you can get replica’s on Velo gear. Getting an actual team kit is a different story. You can try and contact the team but unless you ride for the team or make a sizable donation chances are pretty slim that you will get the actual team kit.

contact the team, even if you can get it online.

When I rode with Purdue we sold team kits as a fund raiser.   They were identical to the team issue stuff, just without the sponsor logos on the back of the jersey.

So please at least try to give money straight to the team.

nashbar.com also has them.  You can find them discounted there in the returns bin as well.

I don't think the University of Southern California (USC) has a team. I'll definetly have to check on that.

USC does indeed have a team and I have contacted them. Thanks.

Since triathlon is primarily a club sport at the college level, the universities are allowing the clubs to use university logo on their apparel in a way that is quite different than NCAA teams.  Since the logos are the property of the respective universities, clubs cannot sell jerseys or tri suits to non-current student club members without licensing the logo apparel from either the NCAA or the university.  Many of these clubs are run by students, and in reality few will have the time, ability or know-how to deal with a licensing agreement or meet minimum order requirements.

I know all of this because I recently asked the same question when I saw how cool the tri suits are for my alma mater.  I was promptly denied

You CAN check ebay or the group page for your school's club.  I've seen lots of students selling "last year's" tri suit.  Who knows, you might get lucky.

that might not necessarily be the case.  I know we had to clear all of our designs with the university licensing and I'm fairly sure we paid royalties as well.  I do know for a fact that we had fully licensed kits for sale to the public.  We also had a guy who worked magic with the university and sponsors, so it might just have been him.

Regardless, it's worth a shot to try.  The money we earned from those jersey's is what we used for race reimbursement (to help us starving college kids afford away races) and put on our road race.

Yep, I just ordered a cycling jersey straight from my college's cycling team.  Can't wait to show it off!
