Subject: Now I'm motivated!!I just signed up for a short course tri on August 1... 750m swim in Lake Ontario, 30km bike, 7km run. This is the race that I really wanted to do last year, but trained myself into illness and didn't make it. This year will be different, I know it! Things are going much better already.
It's going to feel soooooo good to conquer this.
#1 rule for me: No overdoing it!! Please remind me of this on a regular basis!
