I would also suggest some yoga. With strength training you can "maintain" your endurance strength by adding in 30-45min yoga sessions (as long as it doesn't aggravate the injury ). And always keep your body guessing with the yoga by doing strength yoga, flexibility yoga, cycling yoga, ect. anyone oppose to this suggestion? Sounds like you could also see a nutritionist or a doctor that specializes in this injury to change your diet to help minimize the healing time. |
