Morning Beth,

I feel almost human today.  Amazing what a monster dose of steroids and a touch of Toradol can do

Morning Nibbs

Sal - glad the mucinex is working - too bad you weren't in the mood for GS cookies i'm guessing cheesecake didn't even sound good

Judi - you poor thing - I don't even know what to say other than I hope you can kick this thing soon

Mila - morning sunshine!

Yes.  There are certain events in life that are suppresive to a high cheesecake consumption lifestyle...

Judi, aren't meds great?  Why did I wait until the last minute to go visit the doc?

...and MORNING Ms. Iron Butt...

Better living through chemistry, right? I hear you about waiting till the last minute.  I did everything I could to stay out of the ER, just wasn't working...

Perhaps I'm not the only type A personality here trying to control illness instead of letting someone elses education benefit me...

I go back on Monday.

Trying to moderate my pace of activity here...the 30 up/15 rest isn't working.  I'm short of breath with little exertion

Oh, wow... a long weekend... good recovery time!!!

What if you shortened your intervals like a 5/3 then build longer?  It takes a while to get rid of that chest congestion too.

Nah, one guy even brought his own laptop.  Ran into a guy from work, chatting with a lady about subarus, kids, and dogs.  It's not too bad.  Wish I could hop down to the Apple store and by the laptop I want.

YAAY!!  HipHip Hooray for beautiful weather!!!!   I'm not sure I'll get my few miles left in with the way my left leg is feeling.  Had crash on mtn yesterday, not good.  Though the snow was great.

I was trying to think of a better way, that sounds possible...just cn't do much in 5 minutes.  BUT cleaning 2 litterboxes left me winded so it's worth a try.

Guess it depends on how physical the up time is too.  If I'm filing paperwork it's not too hard, but since I have to make my bed (washed the germ infested sheets) that may take longer rest.

It's nice enough outside to open up a couple windows for fresh air exchange.  They won't be open long though--I'm starting to get cold.

My neighbors must be totally confused that I haven't been out doing anything all week.  The old geezers and dog walkers especially...

Make sure you have clothes on just in case someone knocks on the door to make sure you're alive.  I would definitely have to open the windows after the whole litter box duty.  (that's why it's hubby's cat, not mine).

Change the sheets, open the windows and take a nice nap... that should help.  Oh, do you have any peppermint oil, that always helps me in the shower, too!

Gosh, wish I had the cash to go get my laptop.

They offer a ride to whereever you need to go.  But I really don't need to go anywhere.... the thought of going shopping when I'm about to dish out $7 to $800 dollars on car repairs makes me sick.  As well, I just spent that $700 on my skiis and still want my $1500 MacBook.  Am I sounding spoiled?  Guess if I really was I'd be shopping.
