Can't you do squats and lunches while you're painting? Or do it while you're doing certain yoga poses?

40 minutes of upper body strength and abs. I did 56 pushups today W00t!! I remember not so long ago when I couldn't do ONE real pushup.

So much for a swim tonight but I did do my 30 min core/ab workout....only 5 more sleeps til vacation time!!!

1:20 core work - 3 - 3 exercise circuits for 9 exercises with warmup and stretch after then 30 min swim.

Oops, then I'd better clarify. In sets. 10+12+7+7+20 = 56
I'm not THAT good.
