Subject: RE: What wine with ChipotleI know I like a good sweet white wine with spicey Thai food -- like a Gewertztraminer or Riesling. With Mexican food.... let me think.... Shiraz would probably work. It's still sweet, but "meaty" and can hold its own. I don't like beer, but I'd think one would prefer beer with Mexican food. I generally reach for the bottled-in-Mexico Coke. Or a yummy horchata. Or, my all-time favorite: Pena Fresca (pineapple drink). |
