Subject: RE: 1/31/04Just got home after some time at the Y. I swam 45 minutes working on drills, so I don't count the yards for time.
Then I did a circuit (2 times through ) of the "Fitlinxx" machines they have there. I don't really feel like I get much of a workout when I use those types of machines, but felt it couldn't hurt to do a full body circuit once in a while. My main weight training is on T, W, and Th.
I don't know if it's the New Year resolutionists or if others are starting to think of training for their triathlon season, but the place (including pool ) was PACKED.
