Just wanted to say I love this website. I feel like I belong and have found a place for me in this crazy tri world. Thanks for great information, questions, and overall knowing I am not alone.

Thank you.

I must say I AGREE whole heartedly!!! At first I just would sign in and quietly read what others had to say, and absorb all I could. Then I poked my head in a couple of times and actually wrote something! And now (as TriMom has said) I feel like this is my team!! And I feel like a valuable member of the team. So thanks to all of you for being here, and for sharing what you do and know.

Ok so the I wish I had a dog was sad ut the I wish I had sun here struck my funny bone. I swear that made me roll. The mental picture I guess a long faced, sad eyed I wish I had... Sorry I am still laughing. I have no sunshine here but hey my motto is make in sunny and soak up the sun.

Just like the Sheryl Crow song- Soak Up the Sun...

Thanks I enjoyed the laughter. I am still chuckling. ;-) :-) :-) :-) ;-)

It is great here.  So many people with so much in common.  I'm still trying to figure out some of the stuff.  Like, how do you get the happy faces up there?  Every time I try to do it, I get a colon and a parenthesis.

Quite the lovefest here this morning! Thought I would come and dive in! :-)

Specifically, I find it very helpful that this sight exists between training times and my moments of uncertainty. And I always look forward to coming to work (shhh!!) and seeing what east coasters (or I should see more eastern than the Pacific Ocean shoreline) have been doing while I've been sleeping!!

Gets me going in the morning and often gives me a morning chuckle to top off my decaf coffee!

Thanks from the last of the time zones!

I second Dana's post....it's nice to come in at 9:30 with my, all right, I admit...high octane cup of coffee...and see the east coaster posters and what workouts you all have gotten in already...gives me that inspiration to get my butt into the gym.....

The thought of sun makes me want to cry, as there is a fascinating mixture of snow, freezing rain and rain here today. UGHH!
I will think warm thoughts
