I thought it was great how they took a shot at their heaviest users: middle aged men who grew up on legos and put lots of money into them now, come home from a frustrating job and find the one thing they can CONTROL if you just follow the directions. I sooooo get that. The "twist" at the end was done so well.
What's funny, is that my daughter is the one who is most like President Business in our house. She has a bunch of sets from the Lego Friends series, (mostly the ones with her name on them ) and she likes to build it once, then leave it alone. My son crashes his x-wing fighter, so I get to fix it several times.
Even my wife was caught laughing at several moments in the theater.
I actually bought the soundtrack, and they want to hear Batman's "song" over and over. |
