My training season begins September, so I need something to get me in shape for them.

So I am up for anything, swim, run, abs, strength (no bike, I have an injury).

What will August be?

BTW, a swim+run challenge also works for me .

I would say to swim. I have the whole challenge and the rules ready to go. I'm calling what we did a long time ago Boys vs girls and the loosing team gets to post a new -vatar for the month of september.

Why don't we make it easy for all.  You can pick any discipline goal you wish; one or all three.  Pick one of the following as a goal in August: S, B, R, S-B, S-R, R-B, S-B-R.  I don't recall any challenges like this, it lets anyone play!

The Spreadsheet I have can be easily morphed into any form per participant and was already setup for multiple teams.  I'm more that willing to champion the Spreadsheet deal as long as someone else will setup the challenge, do the rules, and initiate the deal.  I'm traveling in August for a week so I don't want to run the challenge, but will offer to captain a team, setup the master spreadsheet, and take care of the master spreadsheet each week.

Hey if Don's spreadsheet is being used, count me in! I am planning my 1st 1/2 Iron in Sept as my send off race for the premier year of tri'ing. I'll go for the S-B-R challenge and will post HUGE numbers to intimidate all other teams as well as my own team mates! I'm in the North West Territories for 6 days though so I will have a hard time running the show. I could do it for 3 of the weeks if no one else want to step up though!

The new August challenge has been posted. "Donto", if you could please assist with the spreadsheet, would greatly appreciate, and thanks for voluntering. All we are going to need know is a ladies team captain who would like to lead the ladies. Lets have fun, and happy training to all. Swimming and Runing for August.
