Just a brief fly by. Hope Ann is doing okay today recovering. Hope Kim is gloating and recovering.
I have a ton of chores today and feel like dog doo. The antibiotics are kicking in so by tomorrow I'll be fine

I don't mind having a rematch with the Little Ghoulies. I DONT want a posting challenge. While it is fun, I like to keep up with you all and pages of useless stuff makes it hard. (not that OUR posts are ever useless).

I will be doing swimming- like we planned and I am working out a running/ strength program in my mind- probably some form of P90X.

Anyway, I am off. Happy November all!

New challenge thread is up. Up to you if you want to have your own Ghoulie team, be part of another team, join the Crushers , apply goals from other Challenges to this one ... U PICK IT, and up to four goals.

They can be ANYTHING I deem life-affirming, so no killing stupid people (however life-affirming that may FEEL). However, deep breathing, hobbling on crutches, recovery ... I don't care. Up to four goals, as long as they can somehow be quantified (days, minutes, miles, sessions, stitches, whatever).

I also had an IMLP dream last night. I didn't finish...stopped half way through the marathon...drove away...then decided that was unacceptable and came back 2 hrs later to finish...wtf?
