NEW Online Training Plan Support - RAFFLE TIME!!!

It's here, another facet to BT's training logs.  For a monthly fee, you can have unlimited questions and answers in a special forum at the very bottom to 8 of the premium plans we offer with your gold or silver memberships...provided you use the logs here so the coaches can quickly diagnose the issue to help...that's how we are going to be able to keep this efficient and available as a service.

We have also added two new plans for golds (beginner sprint - 12 week and a beginner oly - 8 week) that have the support option.  They are automatically available through the training plan file icon  in your training log if you are a  silver or  gold member.

We have partnered with Mike Ricci of D3Multisport to administor the plan support option.  We are very excited to offer everyone a higher form of service, but one that still is far less costly then pure, personal coaching...plus you still get full log access, whenever-access to all plans in the silver or gold plan database and don't forget all the BT goodies and extras for just being a silver and gold member...

So, to kick this off (and to work out any bugs), I will be raffling 4, 1 months spots to CURRENT gold and silver members who use any of the plans HERE that are supported.  So make sure the plan you use are imported into your logs and that your currently logging.

I am thinking of 4 numbers between 1 and 500...and will leave this up for the better part of this week.  So, if interested, REPLY to THIS THREAD (not my inbox please!) tell me the plan your using and give me your number.  I will announce winners this weekend.
