Subject: RE: Ladies-Sports Bra QuestionIf you're willing to spend >$40 for a sports bra, then you will be able to find one (yes, you should only need one ) that will hold everything in place. If you don't want to spend that much, you very well may have to wear two bras. But wearing 2 $25 bras is the same money as wearing 1 $50 bra, so I don't see the point in wearing two. Plus, two bras won't wick/dry the same way as one bra. So check out www.titlenine.com or www.Athleta.com and find one that is REALLY high motion control. They sort theirs by the amount of support they give. You can then always look for the same bra somewhere cheaper (although TitleNine makes it hard because they give the bras different names, but you can find the manufacturer's site, and figure out the model name there. ) And for really good support you will probably need one that hooks in the front or back. The ones you pull over your head are not good at supporting anything over a C cup for high motion. I personally (36D ) wear the MovingComfort Fiona bra. Some of mine are over two years old and still holding up strong. Edited by lodewey 2010-07-01 8:22 AM
