On the back it says do you know pi followed by the first 500 digits and at the bottom giddy up. We even have pie olympics planned for today (I am a teacher for those of you who are creeped out). Not as many people get that one. Our Engineering teacher started this year with some small activities but he hasn't reached to all out party achieved by us in traditional math and science for pi day and mole day. But I do think he is moving in the right directions for nerds and geeks everywhere. |

Just think how much better it'll be in 9 years (3/14/15). Do you do phi day as well? You could just go on and on with every single constant....how about gravatational constant day? Students could drop apples off buildings in honor of Newton.... |
