Sitting here at work wishing I could have a bike trainer here so I could get some hours in!! going for a run after work with a bunch of co-workers, am talking them into running with me after work, so far so good! will run for 30 min or so in the COLD!!! Have a safe day all!!! Jack

went for a good run after work. ran for only about 18 minutes but at a good pace. there were some slower folks in the group so we waited up for them. was a good time. am going to the gym when i wake up to ride the bike for an hour or so......... Jack

1 hour on the bike trainer. My friend and I ride at her place and watch "Sex and the City" DVD's while we work out! They are a hoot.

46 min - 13.62 mi on stationary bike this am

50 min run - 5.5 mi this evening.

I thought it was kind of cold - 45 degrees.  have whole new level of respect for those in the real cold weather areas.

30 minutes strength training back and biceps

Ran an hour in the snow again. That really is a cool experience. Of course, the coolness of the snow lasts until it start s emlting and there's "slush" everywhere for weeks and weeks.
