I'm going to tell you my unasked for 2 ¢ regarding weight loss. I did it once successfully and am going to do it again if it kills me! It IS all about the food, no matter what anyone says, (at least for me ) it is 1000% about the food. I have to find a plan I can stay on and then stay on it. That one extra bite leads to the whole carton being eaten and the plan is shot. There just aren't enough hours in the day to over-exercise away all the extra calories I could consume in a single day. First I'd suggest that you write down everything you eat. Write it down each day and track it for a week. Then you'll see some places you can start making changes.
