Hi,

I thought some of you might be interested in this.

South Shore Cycle F.I.S.T Fit Night - Friday November 30

South Shore Cycle would like to extend an invitation to all triathletes and or wannabies to an information session on tri bike fit and cleat alignment. The information will be based on the F.I.S.T bike fit ideals. We plan to take about an hour of your time.

Please feel free to pass on to others that may have been missed or that you feel would have interest.

Good questions. I'll ask Rob. I know they have one of those fit bikes there. It's actually what they used to get the custom sizing of my track bike.

I'll get back to you with the responses.

I think you can shop on Friday too. And I'll go if you go.

From what I heard it's just a demo night. They'll show you the basics of what's involved in the fit and the benefits. They're also going to go over cleat placement as well.

Hi Jen,
It is just an introductory session to give insight to what F.I.S.T is all about. Just themselves at this point. If they choose to be fit at a later time, they would of course bring their bike.

I could still go if anyone is interested and wants to meet up. I am not personally interested because I am already fit to my bikes and I'm not really a triathlete but I could see how others would find it useful.

What time are you guys * girls * going?  I'd like to come and watch and cheer...and by watch I mean heckle!! And by cheer I mean get the stupid idea that I too could become a fixie track racer!!!  Do you get a comission for every newbie you bring in??

I possibly need to get in on those skill sessions. I am still proud of my flying 200s last night though. What gear are you riding leah?

Chris, yeah come out. It really fun and a great way to get your Heart Rate up. I think I get mine up to 180 just by being nervous to try all this stuff.

Hah! There's a beer garden at the multi-day events. I'm sure there will be one at the upcoming six day over New Year's timeframe. I'll meet you in the beer garden.

Good thing the racers were not drinkin' before the heats!  Leah I hope you're feeling alright by now, that was a spectacular show you and your mates put on.  Not since NASCAR have I ever seen a crash like that and with a 47 deg. wall, that just made it all that much more unreal!  Seriously hope you and the bike are all good, take care.
