I can't figure out how to stop the emails from filling my inbox telling me people have posted in such and such forum. I know to click on the link that says unsubscribe but after that I am lost.

You can unsubscribe from specific threads in your Control Panel. In the upper right, you'll see three links:

Unsubscribe from Threads

Mass Subscribe / unsubscribe to forums

Edit Your training settings

If you click on Unsubscribe from Threads, you'll be presented with a list of threads you're subscribed to. Check the threads you want to stop, click Submit and the notifications will cease.

Justin, I've unsubscribed you from all the threads you were getting updates from.
