Subject: comet Macholz is upFrom our meteorologist at work. I'm sure the picture is frmo a telescope but still kind of cool.
"there is a comet that is up and pretty easy to find, just west of Orion & getting close to the Pleiades this weekend. Use binoculars and get the Pleiades into one side of the field of view & the comet (which looks like a small white fuzzy ball ) should be on the opposite side of the binocular field of view. best time to view is between 6-10 (mtn time ) pm and try to get away from bright outdoor lights."
