Subject: Which Plan?
I haven't been following a plan, just swimming, biking and running when I can.  I train 6-7 days most weeks usually swimming 3X week, running 2-3X week and biking/spinning 2-3X week.

I am doing sprints this year but the one I started with was a super sprint and they are getting longer as the season progresses.  Depending on how the season goes I might consider an oly next year.  I've looked at the BT plans twice now and am overwhelmed and confused and not sure which to follow so I haven't graduated to the bronze level yet.  I don't mind paying I'm just not sure which to choose.

I have 5 kids and don't have tons of training time.  S, B&R are all new to me.  You can check my logs to see how much time I am putting in right now.  I do have a bot more time to devote but don't necessarily have the endurance yet.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you want to train for an oly and you feel all your strengths are equal then the x3 oly plan is a great one and free. It sorta matches up to your current training load. Its all time based so good for us just getting into it. If you feel you want to work on one sport more then the others choose the one that has that particular focus, but sounds like you'd do well on the balanced one.
