Subject: Which Plan?I haven't been following a plan, just swimming, biking and running when I can. I train 6-7 days most weeks usually swimming 3X week, running 2-3X week and biking/spinning 2-3X week. I am doing sprints this year but the one I started with was a super sprint and they are getting longer as the season progresses. Depending on how the season goes I might consider an oly next year. I've looked at the BT plans twice now and am overwhelmed and confused and not sure which to follow so I haven't graduated to the bronze level yet. I don't mind paying I'm just not sure which to choose. I have 5 kids and don't have tons of training time. S, B&R are all new to me. You can check my logs to see how much time I am putting in right now. I do have a bot more time to devote but don't necessarily have the endurance yet. Any suggestions would be appreciated. |
