Subject: Bike routes in North Oshawa
Hello fellow triathletes,

I'm new to tris and finaly got a bike now. I'm looking for good bike routes in Oshawa. I live near Conlin/Ritson. I've done all my long runs north of this corner last year and saw many bikers but don't know which streets are best for safety and road conditions.

I liked in the 'Shwa for a while - near Harmony and Beatrice (NE corner).
I biked north on Harmony and then around the countryside - it was OK but the roads are a little rough and there are quite a few rednecks in pickups who drive like morons.

You could also try the Oshawa Cycling Club - they do some group rides.
