Videos embedded in blog?

Hello,

I am trying to add a video to my blog and BT Blogger keeps on "correcting" me.

I added this:

<iframe src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/76_tGrabSrY" frameborder="0" width="420" height="345">

and it looks OK but when I come back, I see that BT Blogger has changed it to

<iframe src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/76_tGrabSrY" frameborder="0" width="420" height="345">

What is the correct way to add/embed a video?

OK, it looks like the pre tag is not supported either.   Basically the < is being changed to  (without spaces) & l t ;
