Subject: training log help
i start my training on Monday may 8. Currently the plan has me taking tuesday and saturday off, but i would prefer 2 diiferent days not to train on. Can i adjust this somehow?

Sure, this can be done if it's just a matter of simply off-setting the entire plan by a few days.

First, find the plan in the http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/training/trainingplans-list.asp?h=1 and look at the 'calendar view' OR look at the 'Planned Training' in the 'Calendar' link of your log.  The plans USUALLY tries to stick with regular days off, looking at the days off in your plan, do you see any ways you can just 'move' an entire block of the training to coincide with your days off?  Or perhpas moving one sport will do it?

If so, you can use the the 'copy/move/delete' link from the calendar or log to move anything.  You have the option to move all sports or just single sports.  You may have to tweak things up depending on if this messes up your week before your race.  See datails on this ability at http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/cms/article-detail.asp?articleid=480 and the last part of http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/cms/article-detail.asp?articleid=416

*Or you can just 'move' workouts one day at a time.  Just make sure you are always working from your planned training part of the log.
