The Joy of Management

So, there are often struggles when you manage a team, but today I am having a great time.

I managed to get a number of individuals in my team recognized with financial spot awards for going over and above on a recent product release.

It's a great feeling telling someone they are doing well, are having a positive impact and significantly contributing to the company's success!!
