Subject: BT log discrepancy with Garmin Connect
Hi - I uploaded a workout directly from my device to the BT log. It says that I burned 110 calories (which is impossible). For the same workout, Garmin Connect says I burned 209 calories. Why is there a difference? And, how do I edit the BT log?

Thanks in advance.

BT doesn't pull Garmin's calorie data but uses our own algorithm.  If you think the calories burned is too low for what you would like, you can go to 'settings --> training log settings --> general log settings' and increase your 'activity level'.

To re-edit a workout, go to the 'edit activity' dropdown in your log and choose the sport to edit.
