Comments: I went hard - breaking 24 minutes is not easy. This was my new bike and I wanted to see what I could do. This a minute faster than last month. Had trouble with traffic this time - no one passed me as I went off early What would you do differently?: I did a full training effort in the morning. Curious to see how I do with rest  Post race

Got there earlier than last time as not to feel rushed
Managed one lap around the track before it closed. Took about 10 minutes to sit and mentally get ready - this was very helpful. Did a another warmup then went to race.
