Subject: Wheel set for Cervelo Soloist
My buddy has a 2009 or 10 Soloist And wants to his wheels. He normally does 20 to 60 mile rides in rolling hills. What’s a good set in the $300-$600 range for a pair of wheels ?

Flo 30s.  About $500 for the set.  I had a set built up for me (I added a Powertap to them, and wanted black spokes), but Flo Cycling has them as complete wheels too.  They're an aluminum wheel with a carbon fairing, so they're bomb proof.  Not too heavy, decent aerodynamics (for a shallow-ish rimmed wheel).
