Swim
Comments: missed the start as my head was under water when they announced one minute left but other than that, a nice swim. Transition 1
Comments: a long run from the water to the bikes What would you do differently?: Nothing A good T1. That's what I do best. 3rd best time amongst all the participants. Shame they don't give medals for that, I'd be on the podium every time :) Bike
Comments: 4 laps of a fast and tecnical course right in the middle of town fun! Transition 2
Comments: quite a big transition aera which explains the long T2 but it went well (no medal here though) Run
Comments: happy with this too What would you do differently?: maybe push a bit more. I think I had more to give Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: I need to grow some willpower and push myself much higher over my comfort zone if I want to get on the podium in my AG next year (or do like the biggest hero that day, George Valvis (87 years young), wait until everybody in my age group dies of old age. Then I will win :) ) Event comments: Swedish national championships venue every year. Obviously they know what they're doing. I'll be back next year Last updated: 2022-06-07 12:00 AM

Drove there the day before as it was an early start. Checked out the site, picked up my start kit, ran the course, or tried to, couldn't find it.
The run was clearly marked on the day so I was able to run one lap as a warm up.
