I was going to do this as a Zone 2 training run since I'm still in the early stages of my IM Training Plan. I took it easy for 7 miles and I felt great, so I decided to have some fun and pick up the pace. It was a fun day. This was the first race I did with an iPod and loved using it.

What would you do differently?:

nothing, achieved goal. I probably should have restrained myself a bit more since this was a training run.
