There's the Totals tables on the left hand side of your blog that displays the training volumes for this year, last year, the current month and the previous month. You could also use the Actual Month view and the Print Button . Here's an article that goes into the different ways of viewing and printing training log data. It's written for viewing data in your Planned Training but it applies to workouts you've logged in the Actual Training view as well. |
