Cat weighs 15 pounds. I couldn't scare out the second cat to try 30 pounds, but 15 pounds was good for me. I need to bring the weakest part of me along without getting hurt. I'm sure my legs could handle at least 10x more weight, but the low back gets special treatment. NExt time I do this WO, I'll go to the gym and try and empty weight bar after a warmup.

And did you all notice that CF is now an option on the "sports" dropdown for training logs?
