That Stripa' went over 20# and gave me a Nantucket Sleigh Ride for over 15:00 before I landed her! And, I was 240# at the time--a lot of weight for a fish to tow around. BTW: She was released and took off like a shot. |

By Sept, the water temps should cool down enough so the stripers should migrate into the back bays of Jersey. In the meantime, I will attempt to post a pic. |

A few striped bass got out of one of the pens and formed a little school/bait ball thing. It would be pretty cool to be swimming along and have them dive bomb you as a group. -Frank |
