The challenge is simple, at least one plank per day every day. No minimum time on the planks. Who's in?

I'll join you Buddy! Missed yesterday but I'll do 2 today. Also will take my yoga mat this weekend so I can drop down at the 48-hour race where I'll be crewing for a dear friend.

Great! Crewing at a 48 hour race sounds like a lot of work itself! Is it an adventure race?

No, not an adventure race or even a point-to-point race. It's a timed race (with others doing 24-hour, 100K, or 100 mile) around a high school track. She has done multiple 12 and 24 hour races but this will be her first 48-hour. My first time crewing. I'm excited....but very nervous. And there is going to be lots and lots of rain. Ugh. But maybe the rain will help with decision making cuz we will go sleep if there are thunderstorms (which are predicted the first night) and hopefully be fresh when it clears. We shall see.

48 hours around a track is hard core! Hope you get some sleep and your friend accomplishes their goal.

I am in! I started this on my own, so it will be good to have folks to keep me going!

HI PAM, that race is hard core! That is a ton of monotony! I can't even imagine.

I will also jump in even if a few days late. I started the year fighting the flu, but am feeling much better now. Day 1 is done, 90 secs.

Plenty of time to catch up. Your quads and abs will thank you in a couple months when you are knocking down five minute planks.
