Veteran  172   Mansfield, TX |  Subject: Headed to IMKYO.k., Our family is headed out tonight to begin our journey to Louisville. We are making a little roadtrip vacation of it. This will be their first race experience. Their excited....I'm nervous  Just wanted to wish everyone happy travels to Louisville!!!! I look forward to meeting all the BT folks at the Friday dinner and at the race. |

Extreme Veteran 510 Louisville KY | Subject: RE: Headed to IMKY On thursday at 10am their will be a Louisville bicycle Club ride that starts from the yellow lot at river front park. This is a flat easy 47 miler that runs along the river walk with some city riding at the begining, with a lunch stop at a fish joint. This would be an easy ride to keep your legs loose also you can turn around at any point if you don't want that many miles. |

This is one reason that I was glad that I saved the transition bags from IMWI last year; so I could just use them again and know that I've got everything covered by going through transition in my head. Pulling stuff from the bag and putting it on.

We are trying to balance making the trip fun for a 6 & 9 year old and still involving them in the race. |

What is in the little kit in the swim to bike bag? What is the orange thing in the bike to run bag? No special needs bag? Sorry to be so nosy. Organization is not my strong point. |
