Hey all - We will be bring the canopy/cooler/chairs and will also set it up in the same location as the last couple of years. since it got pretty crowded last year, I am thinking we should get 2 to 3 of these set up this year. Anyone else have an open Canopy Tent? we could use a couple and just rock that finish line. also, I don't have a hotel..yet. Kind of completely forgot about it. I do have a back up plan, but not ideal. So, if anyone has an extra they plan on cancelling let me know! Thanks, Schmize |

I have two spare bedrooms with a spare bathroom. (They are spoken for on Sat. night by Deanna and family!!) Im on the Franklin side of Muskego, about 40ish minute drive. (so for you Madison or Illinois people it may help...) Edit....these rooms are in my HOUSE...not hotel rooms...sorry I did not clarify! Unless someone comes out of the woodwork here. Maybe ask a neighbor. I have this down to a science were I get to transition early and have a few of us donkeys get over and set the area up. We can put the coolers/chairs underneath the canopy, and no one ever bothers it, b/c it looks like someone is always there. Eventually, our spouses, friends will show up. I also move a picnic table (maybe, two this year) next to the canopy for more room. So, if you have a chair or two, bring it and we can set it up in/around the canopy. Other things to bring: snack food, beverages, alcohol or otherwise, change of clothing. Hey, its a party! See you all there this weekend! |
